Terms of Use

Using the site

You can browse public pages without an account. To register for leagues, create a driver profile or comment, you need an account. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten or abuse other users, or post hateful, unlawful or misleading content;
• impersonate another person, or register a driver profile under someone else’s name or iRacing identity;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, the admin area or our systems, or interfere with the site’s operation;
• scrape or copy the site at a rate or in a way that harms its performance;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that contains malicious code.

We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms.

Leagues, results and conduct

Each league has its own rules, which you accept when you register. Race control and stewards make decisions on incidents and penalties, and those decisions are final within the league. Results, points, standings and driver ratings are calculated from data supplied by iRacing and our officials. They may be corrected if errors are found. The Driver Performance Rating is an indicative measure based on available results and is not an official ranking or guarantee of ability.

Racing is a hobby played on third-party services. We do not guarantee that any league, event, server or broadcast will run on a particular date or without interruption.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as your profile, bio, images and comments. By posting, you give REMO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in connection with REMO leagues, news and promotion. You confirm you have the right to share it.

Our content

The REMO name, logo, design, news articles and site code are owned by or licensed to Refined Motorsport. Car, track, series and game names belong to their respective owners, including iRacing, and are used for identification only. REMO is an independent organisation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated. You may share links to our pages, but you may not republish our content without permission.

League hosting and services

Paid hosting, broadcast or media packages are agreed with you separately, and the details and prices shown on the hosting page are a guide that may change. Anything you purchase is covered by what we agree with you in writing.

Third-party links and services

The site links to and works with third-party services such as Discord, Twitch, YouTube and iRacing. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, REMO is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including interruptions, errors in results or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
